1. No standard physical shipping
OppOm is primarily a caregiver marketplace and service-booking platform. Unless a specific product feature explicitly states otherwise, OppOm does not ship physical goods to customers.
2. What “delivery” means on OppOm
For caregiver bookings, service delivery means the caregiver or agency providing the confirmed service at the agreed location, date/time and duration described in the booking.
3. Service confirmation
The user is responsible for providing an accurate service address, contact number, access instructions and material care requirements. Availability is subject to caregiver/agency confirmation and location coverage.
4. Delays and rescheduling
Traffic, emergencies, illness, weather, local restrictions or other events may affect arrival or service availability. OppOm or the service provider may contact the user to reschedule or arrange another reasonable solution.
5. Digital delivery
Booking confirmations, receipts, meeting details and notifications may be delivered electronically through the app, website, email, SMS or push notification, depending on available features and user settings.
6. If physical products are introduced later
If OppOm later enables sale or delivery of physical products, the applicable product page and checkout will disclose delivery areas, shipping charges, estimated timelines, returns and any product-specific conditions before purchase.
