Transparent pricing at checkout
OppOm may support caregiver service fees, booking amounts, agency charges, platform/service fees, additional-care charges or other amounts depending on the service selected. The amount payable for a transaction will be shown to the user before payment is confirmed.
Production rule: The amount displayed in the web/app checkout must be treated as the authoritative customer-facing amount for that booking, subject to taxes or clearly disclosed adjustments.
What can affect the amount
- Caregiver or agency service rate.
- Service duration, schedule and location.
- Additional care or service requirements.
- Applicable platform/service fees.
- Taxes, if applicable.
- Discounts or offers, where valid.
No hidden payment-instrument charges by OppOm
Any additional payment-method cost, if applicable, should be disclosed before payment. OppOm does not ask users to share UPI PINs, card CVV, banking passwords or OTPs with OppOm staff.
